Skyfall
I've drowned and dreamt this moment
"Yeah, well, the kid's going to have great musical tastes, I can tell," James offered a small smile in the hope of not sounding quite as weird as he felt talking about her unborn child. He'd have been more worried if the child hadn't been soothed by the Beatles tune. That was grounds for immediate adoption in his eyes, but he was also sort of terrible with children that weren't directly related to him. James kept that to himself though.
Her lips grazed his cheek and he smiled a bit wider, giving her a nod, "Of course. Although, we probably already have tipped off her radar. She has a certain sense about these things, knowing when someone disappears for longer than a second. Crazy old lady, that woman." He'd never be caught dead saying those things to his mother, even if he was joking. She still had a way of frightening even after forty years or so.
"I'm going to have to ask you to keep those things to yourself, yeah?" He grinned. Not a moment later, he led them out of the room and down the hall towards the music and the chattering.
When worlds collide and days are dark.
