His words went along with exactly what she was thinking and she wondered if he'd been able to pluck it from her mind. He kept his hand on her neck and she kept her eyes on his. While it was incredibly tempting, she did have a sickening feeling that somehow they'd get caught. She'd been looking for Cassidy, the last thing she needed was for Cassidy to expect her to be in the room she already said she was in and find her in the arms of her brother instead. Especially with minimal clothing. Based on the secret he'd asked her to keep, Adrian wasn't sure either of them should be risking it.

But he was intoxicating and she was dizzied by it.

While his hands started sliding over her body, she sighed against his lips and wrapped her arms around him tighter. She didn't let it go on for much longer, however and pulled back again with a slight smirk, "Is this how you seduced me at the party? Because I'm not quite sure it should have worked the way it did. I think you need a little work on your seduction techniques, Paige." She cupped his face with on hand and brushed her thumb over his lips, "I just don't want to risk it, not with the way Cassidy expects to find me when she comes home."

It would hardly make sense for her to be all happy and relaxed when Cas got home, and while she obviously wasn't okay with the news she'd gotten. It was easier to dismiss when she had sex than it was if she didn't. Adrian frowned and looked down, "I get it, ya know, if you're miffed. I just can't tempt fate with Cassidy coming back and seeing us, ya know? I mean, I'm losing my mother, I can't lose her, too." Her eyes lifted back to his and all playfulness was wiped from her expression.
