At his core Dexter will always be a protector even to the detriment of himself and others.  He's a gritty, no-nonsense individual who spends much of his time searching for his next cause.  He's been a hero and a villain, though he's most comfortable skirting the line between the two.

Dexter is no stranger to relationships of all sorts.  He's been married (and subsequently divorced) and seen more than his share of failed romantic endeavors.  This isn't to say he's a lost cause, though Dexter as a potential romantic partner is much nicer in theory than execution.

Dexter is well suited for grittier, modern day settings, though he fits pretty decently into many others.  Whether a car thief hunting monsters at night or an embattled detective attempting in vain to juggle the pressures of his career with a haggard personal life, Dexter is a pretty versatile figure.

Quiet and reserved, Ashley carries the burden of a terrible and sometimes debilitating secret.  Behind the demure exterior, though, beats an artistic and caring heart possessing far more strength and resolve than Ashley herself would believe.

Ashley is one of the few characters I have that are 'taken' when it comes to a romantic partner.  She's connected on many levels to her longtime companion, Ellen, though outside of that Ashley is severely lacking in relationships of all sorts.

She's flourished in slice of life and mutant/super character settings, though I prefer her to remain within the latter.  A good idea, though, could easily persuade me to change that and, possibly, open up more creative opportunities with Robbo, should he ever actually start writing here.

Stoic, determined, and loyal Corey is the consummate soldier.  He puts those under his command or care first, effortlessly sacrificing for their good.  He fits well as either a recently resigned military veteran looking to start a new life or as a current soldier focused on the next mission.

They say the only thing more difficult than being a soldier is loving one.  While I don't quite agree with that statement, the spirit of it rings true.  'Mission first' is a motto that extends into a soldier's personal life making relationships difficult and often tense affairs.

Cyberpunk, modern military, superheros in action... if there's a war to be fought (or to have been previously fought) Corey thrives.

Snarky, confident to the point of arrogance and way too smart for his own good.  Drew is the heir-in-waiting to a large corporate estate of flexible nature and is well aware of the advantages his background offers.  That's not to say he's ever been content to rest on his laurels and reap the rewards of his parents' hard work.  Drew is nothing if ambitious and driven when it comes to forging his own path through life and stepping out of the ominous and vast shadow of his family name.

Although his focus and drive makes any personal relationship difficult for Drew to maintain, he's not immune to falling for he right young lady.  He's usually the type of person who is known for their many acquaintances, though few he would truly call a friend.

Need a charming, yet arrogant college student?  A young, ambitious corporate executive?  Regardless of overall setting, if either of these roles are available Drew could flourish.

Tiny, childish and loud.  Alex is very much a manic pixie dream girl without the stupid, vapid cliche's that title usually comes with.  She's an unabashed nerd (something she picked up from her father) and tends to fall into childlike antics regardless of her actual age.  Aside from all hat, she's often depicted as being a talented musician, though largely lacking in the confidence necessary to take advantage of such skill.

As an emotional being, Alex is prone to falling in love quickly and developing strong feelings of camaraderie.  She makes friends easily though her sometimes erratic behavior leaves the feelings of kinship unreciprocated.

There are few non-modern (and some other) settings Alex couldn't be shoe horned into.  She's been a mutant, a recent college grad and a young mage in a fantasy world.

As the CEO of a massive private security and military research and development firm, Trevor has much of the world in the palm of his hand and he knows it.  As a cutt-throat executive in the corporate world of military defense contracts, Trevor is no stranger to skirting the lines of human decency and legality yet this is balanced by the strong ties he has for his family.

Trevor is a widower, having lost his wife just a variable number of years ago.  Since then he's not delved into the romantic relationship pool, though it's strengthened his familial resolve.  He largely considers his romantic life to be gone in lieu of picking up more of the slack as a father to his child(ren).

As long as there are powerful corporations using their political and societal sway to further their own agenda, Trevor is there.

Reckless, forward and a little bit stupid, Taylor loves playing up to the stereotypical Irish wildboy.  He drinks a lot, tends to get into fights and seems to be a staple at nearly every party.  Underneath it all, however, beats the heart of a fighter in more ways than the bar sense.  He's no stranger to struggling through every step of life but as long as he has his beloved (if not often pummeled) brother, Jack by his side, everything will be okay.

Taylor's had a handful of one night flings and has snuck his way out of many a ladies' apartments the morning after though nothing comes close to fulfilling the void left by one volatile, heated and short-lived affair.

Taylor fits well into all manner of settings, though he does best in modern eras.  He's been a mutant, a soldier for hire and all around slacker.

The epitome of wasted potential Veronica blends a brilliant mind with a restless heart.  Sh's never been capable of sticking to any one endeavor long enough to see it all the way through, instead resigning to occupations that tend to be well beneath her mental acuity to get by.  This has led her to having somewhat alienated her family who know she's capable of much more than she's achieved.  She means well, though, and has tried on numerous occasions to repair the weakened bond between herself and her siblings to varying degrees of success.

Much like her professional and academic pursuits, Veronica has found herself largely unable to sustain any sort of stability when it comes to her romantic life.  She tends to make friends quickly, though this is usually achieved by listening rather than offering any insight into her own life.  She's guarded and tends to keep people at arms' length, though she often fails at doing so.

Veronica is very independent of setting, though I feel she fits well in modern worlds.

The proud progeny of a once honorable and esteemed family, Soren seeks to one day see his family name returned to its former glory.  He's a warrior of few equals though not through brute strength rather skilled precision and unbridled violence of action.  Although well meaning his passion is both his blessing and curse, leading him to great acts of both heroism and villainy.

This is completely open to just about anything.

Soren is exclusive to fantasy settings, most notably a world our very own Eos built from the ground up.
