Bid farewell to yesterday
Hunter couldn't help but laugh when Charlotte finally said something about their practice.
"Sorry...I just want you to be more comfortable with the basics." It was such a weak excuse but he couldn't very well tell her that he was sparing her the panic attack she had suffered the first time around.
"Alright then, come here."
Hunter then walked her through the same steps as before. He went as slow as he could, making sure she was okay the entire time. He knew she wasn't a fragile china doll but he really didn't want to cause her to shy away from this again. He wanted her to be prepared more than ever now.

I wish I was in love
He didn't have to tell her the real reason he was putting off teaching her anything else. She was aware that she was prone to another panic attack, but she trusted him more now than she had then. Even if she wasn't comfortable with the basics, she was comfortable with him and she knew that he wasn't someone that would hurt her.
Charlotte hesitated a moment before nodding and stepping forward. She watched him as he went through some of the things that she needed to know and she absorbed what she could. She appreciated the care he took when teaching her, making sure that she was grasping what he said while also keeping her from having another meltdown. She tried to ignore the way her heart reacted to everything and she worked on keeping her breath steady. If she remained calm, there would be no panicking.
But I don't wanna cause any pain
